If you haven't kept up with it, Beck has posted more songs as part of his Record Club project, where he or a band spends one day covering a favorite album and then posting the results in installments. I think it will be very interesting to see what band Beck can get to attempt the project next.
In addition to the new songs/videos Beck has launched two other series on his Web Site:
We are launching another section featuring extended informal conversations with musicians, artists, filmmakers, and other various personages called Irrelevant Topics. The first one up, which took place early last month, is with Tom Waits. The conversation will be posted in several installments. Look for updates in the new section several times a month.
And a series called: Planned Obsolesce
We are putting up a new section, a weekly DJ set, called Planned Obsolescence. These are mixes of what we're listening to, put together by myself or guest DJs. Please enjoy.
